- Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued the "Announcement NO.68 [2018]” to adjust the catalogue of imported waste. The announcement transfers 8 types of solid wastes, such as scrap steel, copper scrap and aluminum scrap, from the “non-restricted import catalogue of solid wastes that can be used as raw materials” catalogue to “solid wastes that can be used as raw materials for import restrictions” catalogue. The changes will be implemented on 1st July 2019.
