CCIC is authorized by the Chinese customs and the China Inspection and Quarantine Service (CIQ) to provide professional inspection & assessment service for return products
According to the Chinese customs regulations, when returning substandard products back to China due to manufacturing defects, damage, and/or other quality issues, a third-party non-compliance report must be provided. The European CCIC office can perform professional inspections and provide non-compliance reports for returning substandard products to China.
To arrange for the inspection, please contact your nearest CCIC office by email and describe the quality problem(s) you are facing. We will inform you regarding the procedure and the documents necessary for the inspection.
