- From 1st October 2019, the requirements for the registration of imported pre-packaged food label will be cancelled. The imported pre-packaged food label will on the inspection list of Chinese Customs. The importers shall take responsibilities to make sure the label is in line with the relevant laws, administrative regulations and national food safety standards in China. Those failed to pass the inspections will not be allowed to import to China.
